I went to Chair Yoga this morning and there was only 8 of us. Usually there are a lot more but I think that the bad weather kept them away. It was rain, sleet and snow and cold. but in the late afternoon, the sun came out from behind the clouds and now the snow is all gone.
After supper, it was a meeting of the Sassy Stitches at the library. Again, attendance was down but we had a good time among ourselves. Jenny brings her yarn winder and helped a few of us keep our yarn under control. I must get one, that is a yarn winder. I have an appointment with my eye doctor on the 14th in Edmonton and will visit the yarn store, Michael’s to see if I can find a yarn winder.
I had met the reporter Chris, at the Whitecourt Star offices and he came to get info, I suppose an article will appear next week in the newspaper. Jenny drove me home by 8 o’clock.

what on earth is chair yoga?!! it sounds like it would be perfect for me since i can't get into those positions in regular yoga. nevermind. i just went online and read about it. then i went to amazon and bought a dvd. it's 40 minutes long and had only good reviews. i'll get it saturday and will begin to watch and do the exercises soon as i get it. thank you for making me aware of this form of yoga. take care,

it is good, and very valuable to get out and about to one's interest groups, isn't it....even more so when the weather is bad because it is too easy to stay home and become gloomy about winter. Glad you enjoy your socializing. hugs p
