and going up to plus 15. I think that it is finally spring and the last of the snow is melting. There was a picture in the newspaper yesterday, of daffodils blooming beside the lodge on the sunny side of the street. Hurray !!

Last year I was waiting to see what plants we had in the back yard, this is a new house for us, and since we bought in November of the previous year, it would be a surprise to see what would grow. Last fall, I planted a few different plants and I have plans to make yet some more improvements. Some of the plants were too much and some in the wrong place, so we made changes.

I went to the library to attend the Sassy stitches club. There were 5 of us and we had a good time. A long article appeared in the Whitecourt Star explaining our sessions and an open invitation to join us. We admired each other’s projects.

My son married a lady from the Phillipines and is waiting for the final papers to have her here to live. They talk every night and I could hear her cries of delight. Life will change when she arrives.

Adieu.
