    Yesterday's nutrition: Fair.
    Last night's sleep: 8.5 hours; woke up like a rock

    GYM STUFF:

    BB Bench Press: 5 @ 45, 95 lbs
    5, 5, 8 @ 135 lbs
    DB One-Arm Row: 5 @ 30, 50 lbs
    5, 5, 6 @ 70 lbs

    DB Press:
    10, 10, 12 @ 27.5 lbs
    Wide-Grip Lat Pull:
    10, 10, 9 @ 104 lbs

    Reverse Fly: 10, 10, 9 @ 8 lbs
    One-Arm Cable Lateral Raise: 10, 10, 9 @ 7 lbs

    Crux of workout: 55 minutes

I think I’m ready to continue. It’s been a hard two months remembering how to take care of myself. Don’t even have much to say, other than I felt fantastic at the end of the workout. I miss that feeling.

Here’s to the 40 minutes I’ll be spending in the squat rack tomorrow.
