Metadata laws have passed in Stuff

The Metadata laws have just passed in Australian parliament an hour ago.

I’m not sure how comfortable I feel about writing in here now. I know I have nothing to hide, but Australian’s pretty much have Big Brother looking over their shoulder now.

It basically means that telecommunication companies have to hold everyone’s phone AND internet records for TWO years.

My God, all the porn they’ll see that I watch.

You guys don’t know what you’re in for.
