casinos and stuff in --

I found a dress that I’ve been looking for FOREVER second-hand in a local shop yesterday for $45. It was originally a 100-something dollar dress, so WOW. It has a couple of stains on it but they’re not very noticeable. I only noticed when I got it home. It’s a size larger than what I wear, but it fits me well. It’ll fit better in the waist when I belt it. The bust fits nicely. Normally I’m popping out of clothes in the bust, so it’s nice.

The weather has been just wonderful the past two days. I want to take the kids to the park today but I’m so exhausted. I’ll have Jacob do it later. :p

We went to the casino yesterday and stayed the night. Jacob’s parents came down and we took turns gambling and watching the kids. I played slots. I lost all the money I had, but everyone else won. It’s kind of unfortunate that the only person who lost is the person who is celebrating her birthday. lol! I’m just not Lady Luck like Jacob’s mom is. She seriously wins a ton of money every time she goes to the casino. haha.

Jacob likes to play blackjack so he did that and I put the kids to bed… but they didn’t go to bed until super late because they were in an unfamiliar place, and Lorelei has been waking up a lot at night. I’m absolutely knackered.

Jacob is at the casino with his parents because he needed to cash in a chip and he wanted to play more cards with his dad. I’m tired. I need a shower. Blehhh. I have a pot of coffee that I made but Lorbug is nursing. I wish Cannon was old enough to grab me a cup of coffee. haha. I probably won’t let him until he’s like 16 though because I’m afraid he’ll hurt himself somehow.

I’m kind of a helicopter mom.

I should probably work on that.

Tomorrow is my birthday! :D

OH BY THE WAY. If you’re an E-cup and can’t find any reasonably priced bras, I found some at H&M for $10! It’s a very comfortable bra too. I’m stoked for that purchase! I desperately needed new bras, and I grabbed a couple. I think they had 34 to 38 in band sizes. I’m not sure about any 32’s. Probably not. ;(
