Thursday typos - I promise a fw. in These titles mean nothing.

We had snow yesterday. Weather told me so but I thought I should wait to see if they were right. Maybe four inches. There was a lot on the car when I got off work. It slid smartly off the freshly waxed surface. At least WAX was what the button at the car wash said the day before when I washed it.

Gravel and driveway have not been plowed but I think the Buick will handle it ok. I will leave a few minutes early and pay attention to what I’m doing. Contrast between my gravel and various paved roads with the Ho Chi Mihn trail should be interesting.

Computer just told me current temp is a perfect 0. Sunshine is to be expected. Wind is 7 mph and humidity is 58.

There was a lukewarm fire in the stove. I put a sack of trash in it and now wonder if I didn’t burn my paring knife. I take it to work with me to cut a block of cheddar and make a sandwich or just eat the cheese as is. I had grapefruit rind in a plastic bag and I think the knife was in that bag and I think it got put in the trash and the trash got put in the furnace. Damn. It was a Pioneer Seed corn premium and they don’t give them away anymore. I might have another one around. They were/are if I still have one/ very good knives.

I hate that kind of carelessness.

Computer is slow. Something wants to update. Firefox or Windows or something nefarious.

Pics are border-line arty but they don’t look like four inches of snow. Well there was that much in the parking lot at work. I’m pretty sure.
