The keyboard on the laptop has managed to die. So now I’m typing by USB keyboard and actually my words are coming out more accurately on the first try without having to backspace thousands of times just to get one paragraph out.
English 102 is going to be a cakewalk.
All is posted online, I don’t even need a book. One of the first stories I had to do a few lines on I came across last year when Melissa started her summer semester…it was an odd reminder.
I find, now that some months have passed, that the medication has had phenomenal effects. With the depression, yes, but also the mood stabilizer. Living with Tourette’s and ADHD your brain is wired differently. My thoughts are always in fast pace. Even when talking to people I find myself having to slow down…or even be reminded of it, which is a huge embarrassment for me…to not jumble my words together in such a mess that only the finest of linguistics…technicians?…linguists…whatever, can understand just what the hell I’m saying.
The Paxil has taken the dial down some from eleven to probably about a six or seven I’d say…maybe even a five. It is already a constant fucking circus in the goobledygook (hehehe) that is my brain…but when I was stressed out all the time, most days felt like a nightmare.
I’ve been wearing my glasses again.
Trying to get used to having them on my face all day.
You’d think after wearing safety glasses all day for work, I’d be feeling the indention on my face so I wouldn’t mind wearing my regular ones but no. However, my vision when playing games (because I’m deaf and leave the subtitles on when gaming) has deteriorated further and it seems I need my corrective lenses to clarify the blurry words on screen.
I turn 32 in 23 days.
Bah!
