13.1 miles The Phoenix Half Marathon in Misc. Thoughts opinions, the whole trash can.

I did it and walked it. It was a good walk and 3 hours 33 min. Not bad for a dumb ol rail.

We saw Susie n Alex again. Susie ran the half with my wife. They watched the dumb ol Coops, when they lived here in Highlands Ranch.

The last 3 miles were tough… but I slogged through. MP 12..lol a full bladder and I had to go sorry TMI. I passed those I passed previous. We also met up with the full marathoners..26.2 Worn out shoes…Yeah they did a number on the ol rail.

I bought a new pair..and I’ll walk another.
