Laughingly chilly in blackpropaganda

At noon today it was zero degrees Centigrade - hey, that is too cold - but at least it has been dry which meant that it was possible to walk this morning without the danger of sliding around on ice. The forecast is for sleet, or snow or rain, depending on how warm it gets (like C3) and this is likely to go on because the jet stream has a kink which is bbringing northerly winds straight down over us.
