No entry yesterday since we took the bus to Murcia City go meet up with a Spanish student who we met on the plane back from Spain two years ago. She was coming to the UK to study English for a semester and staying near us. We took her around to things and this time last year had a day out with her family. She has now graduated in English in Murcia and spent September to December in Greece working and learning the language.
So we had coffee with her and found out how she was doing. She is a lovely young woman who is ambitious but there are no jobs so she lives at home and is taking another course to try to improvement chances.
I started talking fingering the plane when I saw she was reading Mrs Dalloway by Virginia Woolf - not normal reading for a student - even of English.
We always take the bus - it goes round the countryside and small places picking up ordinary Spaniards - and it is great not to drive. Also no parking issues. Great sun yesterday but cold in the shadows in the narrow streets which are good when it is C35 in the summer.
Another sunny day again while the north of the UK is having shellfish winds. Not sorry to be out of that.
Entranced by the women in tight trousers, leggings, leggings etc here - I may refurbishing a bum man in the light of the wonderful buttocks on show!

Glad you're able to escape the really cold winter for a while! A good chunk of my ancestors are from Spain, but I've never been.

I fear we have to go back next week - do you know where they came from in Spain?

No idea. :) I should look into that, however. The other side of my family, whom I've never met, is from Bolivia and Brazil.
It's a shame that you have to go back so soon...it's been well below freezing lately where I live. Hope things are all well for you, even if you do have to go back to winter soon.
