Hoo boy. Talk about trying to buckle down!
Bar Exam: 44 Days
Current Hours: 36 Hours Studied
Saturday… BEGIN
8:30 am… Finished Federal Civil Procedure Study with Pretrial Matters and General Motions. Pretrial Matters went acceptably, General Motions went surprisingly well. As always… maybe good, maybe bad… won’t know until Exam Time.
10:30 am… Moving Forward with Bar Study Lecture Series
10:45 am… MEE Bar Notes Lecture Series Preview Contracts/Sales
11:00 am… Contracts/Sales Lecture with Active Note Taking (Contract Formation). Oh my. Considerably difficult all things concerned. I managed well the first hour; taking notes, reasoning through the client problems presented… but then sleepiness and frozen feet… and I needed to nurse my coffee-substitute lest I doze off in the midst of something important. Hell, 2-207 is difficult enough without being exhausted on top of it!
3:30 pm… Lunch. Or… just a hot dog, reall, but food of some kind.
............... and as much as I feel compelled to keep going; I also feel compelled to take a beat or two and collect myself through various non-study distractions and maybe take a nap. 7 Hours isn’t bad… and when I wake up, I can get right back to it!
