My heart wasn’t in it today. I got another rep for squats, but man my deadlifts sucked. I’ll get them next time.
I originally thought of each day as a squat day and a deadlift day, but now I’m thinking I’m better off thinking of them as heavy and dynamic days. I’ll keep squatting heavy twice a week, but down the line I may be better served by doing some lighter work on my weak point. 1 1/2 squats sound like a good idea, give me more confidence in the hole. Down the line.
