relief, kinda.. in A Day in the Life of Me

So I have managed to get out of going to M & G’s place tomorrow night, downside, I know D was looking forward to it, plus side its another day I get to get over the headache/migraine and cold after work.
She wants us to go out on the 29th now to spend the day. Least I can do. But yea, I get to relax and wont have to worry about when and where to go when the folks call and also means now we can Skype Ds folks that morning, as long as we have power, as the weather is looking like hell for that day too.. loads of rain and wind. a green, wet windy Christmas here for us.
had a little snow come down today, been busy trying to bake for last baskets to go out, they probably wont get delivered until closer to new years now, but oh well lol.
I still have one or two more things to do tonight, but giving the oven a rest right now, and will finish up in an hour or two, there treats for ppl at work. one wont get hers until after xmas as shes off tomorrow, but it will be there in the fridge for her.
