Today started with a good sleep! Always nice to wake up feeling well rested… especially as that is a feeling as rare as gold for me! As I was feeling well rested, I went straight into my run. Thirty minutes and 4 miles. Not bad, always room for improvement.

Started some laundry and gave a lot of very careful thought about how to deal with my bullshit photographer. Seriously, how is this guy in business if he can’t get us our bloody wedding photos after three years? Sodding jack ass. I’m already building my “Deep Dive” Bar Exam Study schedule and in each day it goes Work Out- Study- Call Jackass Photographer- Back to Study. There are 4 things that will be completed in 2015 even if I have to sell my soul to make them happen. (1) I will pass the Bar Exam; (2) I will resolve this wedding photography thing- either by receiving my photos, receiving a complete refund, or filing suit in small claims court; (3) I will find gainful employment; (4) my wife and I will at least have some idea as to our much-belated Honeymoon.

Studying today was more Constitutional Law! More of a focus on Individual Rights and the First Amendment this time. Areas I felt like I had a much better handle of. The Pretests would suggest that was not the case. In short, Constitutional Law right now is a BIG red flag for me. It should be interesting as this form of law is more about memorization and less about knowing elements to apply. Must remind myself to put a big ol’ star on Con Law Study days.

Hour Goal: 400 Hours
Hours Today: 3 Hours
Hours Remaining: 387
Roughly, Time Until Exam: 64 Days
