More waiting in In the Kingdom of Suzu

Seems as if I have a fibroid tumor that is disintegrating so the gyno took another biopsy and I should know the results in about a week. This stems back from an incident I had mid summer and the biopsy came back negative but the dr wanted to redo it in 4 months, hence waiting yet again. If all is well, he is thinking of just letting it alone rather than doing a hysterectomy. Just what I would need to be out of work another 4 to 6 weeks!

Speaking of work, I am still waiting for paperwork granting me to Jan. 5 to return to work. Spoke to HR last Friday to confirm that and she said I definitely was cleared for that, had the paperwork to send out and would be emailing my office. Well, I am still waiting for that paperwork. I will call her again on Monday if I have not received anything because initially they were expecting me back on the 22nd. Right before I went out, however, I found out about the January date and the office supervisor signed off on it but still I would like to have the official approval paper.

Waiting, waiting, seems like that has been my life for the last two months (sigh).
