FINAL FANTASY XIV IS SERIOUS BUSINESS. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE:

1: Goodness people take FFXIV serious to the point of Stupidity.

2: My saturday was fun.

3: My weekend was overall OK.

4: I Don’t have much to say.

so here we go.....

I should explain my title. That game is serious business. (if you don’t know that is sarcasm) I go fight a big fight, I’ve never done it before, and I have a hard time reading or watching strategy videos because I have a difficult time retaining info under duress.. (I am fine with board game videos because.. welp I’m not under duress and its a lot more casual) So I get bit of information, not a lot, But I am still muttering around, don’t know attack patterns or anything. So I am struggling. I then get called an effing idiot cause I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING. I reported the schmuck. I also then (Today) Talk about the incident on the FFXIV subreddit, and a couple people called me poop (not that nicely) because I don’t take the game seriously.. so.. YAY POOP! FINAL FANTASY XIV IS SERIOUS BUSINESS YALL! MY LIFE IS SUPPOSED TO BE NOTHING BUT FINAL FANTASY XIV YAY! EAT BREATHE SLEEP FINAL FANTASY XIV. (that was sarcasm) I even started a small blog on the Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone (Think community) Just to vent on a place that isn’t here (cause i’m sure y’all Love this :) I’m never gonna be perfect on that game, If i took it as serious as FFXI.. I’d be playing right now until 4 am. I would rather be doing other things. And If i ever got bored or honestly if i became the “perfect player” i’d stop playing. (I play from about 5-12 at night while that might seem a long time,when i’m not doing anything, but if I’m asked to go out, or play a board game ill stop playing in a heartbeat and do that. I’m too old to do 11am-4am runs like I did with FFXI)

Anyways.. onto other things. My gaming day on saturday was a lot of fun. Played a lot of games (including a game where I played 8 times.. granted the game lasted 5 minutes) But it was fun.. the highlight (or lowlight however you want to see it) was playing Kanban (A car manufacturing game) with a 10ish year old kid and his dad.. and I lost to the 10 year old… who ended up winning. By one point. But played a bunch of fun games.. it won’t go down as the most memorable game day but it was still fun.

Today.. I think i’m not doing anything. I got some litter and cat food, and a little bow tie for the kitties.. I didn’t think macaroni would let me come close to him with something like that.. but yeah. Thats about it.. time for pictures:
