Welp. I have a very expensive cat toy. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE:

1: I did get a ps4 on Friday.

2: The box has been kitteh approved.

3: I had an excellent Party on saturday night.

4: The packers game is on tonight, huzzah

So here we go.....

Yeah. I broke down, I got a PS4. I got the Destiny bundle. I haven’t played it yet, (I’ve been still on FFXIV.. more on that in a second) but it is a nice looking system. I’m still puttering with a couple apps (no HBOgo though.. weird) I have to get access codes for Netflix and Youtube though. But anyways after about 6 hours of downloading about 15GB of files for final fantasy XIV and the patches I started playing....

Oh my goodness the difference. Like I never EVER say anything about graphics (Working in video game retail for so long you learn to hate that word, and its all about gameplay for me) but.. the difference is night and day. It looks so crisp and so pretty.. Here is my FFXIV character on the ps4 (I don’t have a ps3 comparison sadly)

But.. The kitties love the box. Seriously, I will be dumping a lot of pictures at the end of this entry but, it was to the point of them fighting over it. It is the most expensive cat toy ever. But they love it.

So Saturday was a lot of fun. I went and got my gift wrapped, I donated 10 bucks to the humane society of Lawerence county (i traveled 45 minutes to get a gift wrapped that I could of done at home, but I did it for the animals lol) And I went to Primanti brothers after wards, and I wanted to watch the Man City/Everton game.. but every screen had the Hockey game (Which I understood) I asked the bartender to change one of the channels to the game.. and the lady did everything to make it happen. I was so happy. I made sure they got a great tip (10 bucks on a 9 dollar food, the lady had a hard time with finding it and she asked a couple tables if it was okay so she earned it)

That night was the party.. it was a lot of fun, we played some party games, had a white elephant exchange and I played a fun sherlock holmes game, where We missed out completely on the murderer but it was still fun. I got the neat game Winter tales.. its a fairy tale storytelling game.. but whats neat about it is, the story cards were all drawn by 6 and 9 year olds.. and left to interpretation. It looks really cool. The characters are dark too (its a team based game where one team is the soldiers of winter against the rebels of summer) The head of the winter faction is Snow white who basically turned into Malificent. It looks really neat. But it was an excellent night.

Yesterday Nothing big happened. I had Sarah over. It was fun. I watched football before she came over, I played some Final Fantasy afterwards. Today.. I’m gonna watch the Packers game. And Probably play more final fantasy after it.. Anyways. Time to dump a LOT of kitteh pictures (they were really photogenic this weekend)
