Thanksgiving for one in keeping it postive

First stop was the movie theater - turns out going before noon, the movies are $8!! THAT was a bonus. The movie, Elsa and Fred, was predictable, but sweet and lovely… and had GREAT actors in it. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2113659/ Shirley McLaine was her usual fey self and Christopher Plummer went from grumpy to charming under her wing.

Then I walked about a mile to find a restaurant and had the WORST Thanksgiving dinner ever. The soup (and gravy) - LOADED with cornstarch, the stuffing tasteless. The best part - the broccoli and the dinner rolls. Oh, well. I may have another one later during the weekend to erase the memory.
