Sugar, Aw Honey Honey in Hello

I’ve been trying to watch what I eat and exercise more frequently. Where I have been exercising every day (except today) I have been consuming candy still. With the alcohol and then quitting smoking earlier this year I’m not sure if I’m trying to compensate for something. I’ve only shed two pounds but I’ve maintained a pretty steady three mile walk/workout routine now I’m not so winded when I do things and am getting ample amounts of sleep instead of laying in the dark grinding my teeth. I haven’t had a soda in close to three weeks and the only sugary beverage I’ve had AT ALL lately was a Sobe life water after a four mile walk last Saturday.
The pills are working. Not so much attitude or mood change but the, “circus in my head,” has come to a grinding halt. No more racing thoughts. No more restless nights. Peace. Very unique and fulfilling feeling. I’ve not felt quite as manic lately either. The great news is my ‘script is cheap when I go through the grocery store’s pharmacy even without insurance. Not saying things are working out but I’m trying a different daily routine. Changing the life up a bit.
