The blustery day has arrived [said Pooh] a quick view through the window and I saw the dry brown autumn leafs dancing round in circles.

Winter or still autumn, I’m not sure but the year is getting old, the leaf fall has hardly began yet but one good frost; well up to our ankles in summers canopy. This Monday is quiet and the weather isn’t encouraging people out, Sweetheart has been into Perranporth, there were a few people out shopping and on our three mile beach just two, I expect if you looked longer I think there were more dogs; nothing stops the owner of more that two dogs from going out – even horizontal rain!

Caching up …….

Sunday Ninth November, a wet Sunday and Ziggy come home from agility surprisingly clean, paws exempt! Lola didn’t go, she’s a little close to the mud, so my Daughter took her up to the meadow to play; the mud less deep up there!

Ziggy still thought he should be up there.

I went into Truro last Tuesday, I had a dentist appointment and they don’t bother me very often, thankfully much like my teeth! It was two years since my last visit, this time I’m to see her next year, do I read something into that appointment; if there is something to read it is my teeth are ok for now.

As usual I went in to the city on ‘park & ride’ bus, it was two minutes late, it was due to commence the journey at eleven am, the date was 11:11:2014 so the park & ride buses would be still for the two minutes as the western world was doing; I felt that the country going to some length to remember the dead on the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month was the lest they could do.

Those who have people to remember were in Truro before eleven, and those in the services were there to give order to the remember, they had gone when I arrived in River Street, as I waked towards the monument a few people were looking round, reading the comments of the Poppy reefs, a woman leaving flowers below the reefs. I had time to wait, I waited for those few to leave then the camera come out.

Sunday sixteenth November, Lola was taken to agility as it is easier to carry her over the mud, as it turned out the rutted areas had been levelled but still looked rather slippery under foot, and the worst area in the gate area had been firmed up with a good volume of stone.

I remained with the car, the parking area has still enough mud, some rubbish had been moved and a sizable pond was left in the space, so the cars were huddled together at one end. I had a walk about and photographed some caterpillar diggers, my Sisters Grandson is of an age to enjoy lorries buses tractors and diggers, I intend to get a set printed and encapsulated, then the can go on the wall with blue-tack, or on the fridge with fridge magnets as well as being table mats; did you know – Christmas is coming!
