“Mud Warning” in The odd entries from life …….

Could be a where is my right shoe situation ……

The approach to the agility field as been difficult in most winters, last winter being the worst; we didn’t have classes for nine weeks!

Two weeks when we hadn’t much rain it was badly cut up by the builders deggers going and coming; then it was just a little slippery.

Last weekend we had more rain, I didn’t need to go so I didn’t, but I could see standing water in the tyre ruts..

Today, there was about the same amount of mud, but there was more water in the mud, while I was walking about a car came into the parking area, I was waiting for the liquid mud to come my way, thankfully the cars passage was at modest speed.

Those doing Agility to day were sent through a narrow lane, and I’m told there had been just enough chippings tipped in the gateway; so dogs went and retuned without coming away with out tacking so much mud with them. Also, the owners came away with both foot lift and right boots or wellingtons.

Once more I didn’t wonder father than the parking area, I took a cautious rout, I’m rather averse to going down in the mud ……..
