gun shots. and yessterday. in The Wonderland Years: 2014. Done.

so yesterday wasn’t. um it wasn’t great. um............Christopher was being louder than usual throughout the whole day. we think he’s getting worse. had flashbacks during dinner. and also during dinner we thought we heard gun shots. I’ve never heard them in my life aside from like. on tv and in movies. yeah so that didn’t help my anxiety. I was all. um on gaurd when that happened.
