Stroppy Sue! in BAH HUMBUG!

I upset Stroppy Sue yesterday! She’s one of our neighbours, I’m guessing her age but I’d say late 60s or early 70s. She’s nice enough and quite pleasant but she’s **SO PIGGIN’ NEGATIVE! **

She absolutely hates winter, OK, a lot of people do but she never does anything other than moan about the weather. It’s far too wet, cold, windy, hot, sunny, dry, no matter what the weather conditions she always comes to ME about it!

I don’t control the weather! I’m not even a weather forecaster! I was at work yesterday, sat here at my desk, happily minding my own business and Stroppy came in and immediately started doom and gloom-mongering ‘’oh it’s so cold! Oh it’s so rainy!’‘ so before she could gripe on any further I just said flatly ‘’it’s better than the fires in California, a drop of rain won’t hurt you!’‘

She gave me a weird look and walked out!
