Took my second dose on Saturday and did increase up from 0.2 to 0.3mg. I’m starting to follow the faster dosing schedule since, so far, the nausea and side effects have been pretty mild for me. They hit me about 6 hours after I take the dose and then it’s completely gone by the next day. So with this new schedule I’ll be at full dose in 9 weeks instead of 5 months. But if the symptoms get bad I’ll slow it back down.
I definitely notice the effects the following day after the dose. I’ve noticed I wait a little longer between meals and I’m fuller faster now, so I’ve been trying to cut down my portions to match that.
Because as I’ve said before, I’m still gonna diet I’m just using the medication to make it easier.
So far this is day 9 after my first dose and I weighed in at 240.6, down from 246.

Hmmmm. I'm thinking about it. But I heard there are some real consequences with it

I understand that, but we've known about glp-1 agonists for over 20 years. This is just a newer version of that same class of drug, and it's been around since 2017.
Of course any medication you take comes with risks. Who knows what they'll find out later. For me, the risk of staying over 240lbs was higher than the risk of the drug.
