In the Life Log - Day 321 in My Musings

Today was a great day. Sleep was still a bit lacking, I think due to Thursday’s very late bedtime, but still got about 6.5 hours. I had none of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine either so I’m really happy about that.

Save for my Japanese lessons and other stuff, things were quite chill. I finished the 8th session with my teacher and am keen to extend; I still have to wait for my new credit card to arrive, though. I also visited my shrink earlier and he’s happy with my response. We’ll do 1 more month of my anti-depressant, take a month break, and see how it goes from there. I also had a haircut since it’s growing out already.

Legs are starting to bother me as of this writing; hopefully I don’t get overly sore by tomorrow.
