Counting down in At the foot of the hill

This is the week we go to California…We leave DIA at 8:00 a.m. Thursday and will spend a week with my sister, Missus and her family. The highlight will be her grandson’s wedding in Palm Springs on Saturday.

I’m having a do-nothing day today. Tomorrow morning there is Bible Study here at my building, and bridge here in the afternoon. Wednesday I’ll have to do the laundry and pack, as well as visit the hair dresser.

I have not been feeling real good for awhile now and hope I’m up to the whole thing… Well, I have to be, don’t I? Sure wouldn’t want to call attention to myself in the middle of their happiness.
