Another Rough Night! in BAH HUMBUG!

Menopause .... bastardpause as I call you, BE GONE!

I was in agony with it again last night and it made me feel like I’d eaten full balloons for dinner! Somewhere around 4 this morning my hubby got up and went into my handbag to get out 2 Paracetamol and I washed them down with 7Up. I have 3 drinks bottles permanently on my bedside table that I keep topped up, one with various fizzy pop, one with water and the other with orange juice.

I’m sat here at work today in a tizzy and not being able to concentrate properly! I won’t go to my doctor as I don’t want to be put on HRT so am learning to deal with it somehow.
