In the Life Log - Days 292 to 294 in My Musings

I’ve been out for the past 3 days as I went on a staycation. Everything went well - sleep was great, none of the bad 3, and no panic attacks either. In addition, I went to my psychiatrist yesterday; since he’s happy with my progress, he proposed cutting my anti-depressant dosage into half for the next month and see how I respond. Hopefully things go well.

Today also marks The Epiphany, which is considered the last day of the Christmas season. I can’t really believe that the days flew by just that quickly. Tomorrow, I’ll go back to reality and face work once more.

I’m lowkey feeling anxious about tomorrow; just want to sleep and not worry about work a bit more, but will just take it a day at a time.
