In the Life Log - Day 273 in My Musings

Today was a great day. I conked out the moment I closed my eyes last night and had more or less about 8.5 hours worth of sleep. I had none of the bad 3 and didn’t have to take my anti-panic medicine so I’m grateful for that.

I hit chest at the gym after lunch. As expected, there were not much people so I was able to breeze through my routine. My right shoulder was cooperative so I was able to hit good numbers on the bench and had a good pump as well. Cardio was also on the smoother side a.k.a. didn’t feel too long.

When I got home, most of my time was spent on binge watching The Resident. I also heard mass online since today is the 3rd Sunday of Advent. The Gospel talked about John the Baptist’s preaching and that someone greater than him (Jesus, in this case) is coming.

Just like that, the weekend has come and gone. Hopefully things will be smooth sailing from here, especially with Christmas just being 10 days away.
