Do you like…People? In general, no.
Pizza? Sure, with mushrooms and black olives.
Texting? Used to do this all the time with my friend who passed away, but now I do it occasionally in Messenger.
Talking on phone? Rarely. Not a fan of phone chats.
Video games? Do VR apps count?
Chocolate? Sure, but caramel is better.
Can we…Stay up super late talking about nonsense? Depends on my schedule.
Tell inappropriate jokes? Always.
Text all the time? I would if it was with someone I found smart, honest, open-minded, and interesting. I prefer this to live phone chats because then we can check in with each other at our leisure.
Talk about anything and everything: Definitely. I’m an open book with the right people and I love learning about others. I’ve always been naturally curious and always prefer to have a few close friends since I don’t care for people in general.
Will you reply fast? Depends on what you consider fast. If you text me when I’ve just gone to bed, it could be 10 to 12 hours since it takes me a few hours to wake up.
Accepts friend request? Depends on the platform.
Willing to meet? Depends on the person and how long I’ve known them. I would likely prefer to start off in a public place.
Are you political? Only in that I have my beliefs and opinions, just like everyone else.
Are you LGBTQ+ friendly or an ally? Absolutely! I’ve had gay/les friends and I’ve been with women before meeting my husband and I make no apologies for it either. ;)
Are you interested in deeper conversations or want to keep things light? Depends on who I’m talking to.
Most important qualities for friendship: Be real and be accepting. Expressing your opinion is fine, but trying to change me is not. I value honesty first and foremost, though. I’d rather someone tell me I look like shit and mean it than tell me I look fine and didn’t. Also, if you have a problem with me, come to me and keep it between us, rather than drag outsiders into it. ;)
