Running For My Life in Healthy Bites

Yesterday, I decided to go the SC Park to do a run/jog/walk exercise workout.

Come to find out, those punks close the park at sunset.

However, you cannot defeat the S.

So, revise my plan. Today, I am going to do the routine at the university. I already got my running sneakers and change out bottoms with me.

It is time to haul ass.

However, it may be hard at first. I haven’t ran/jog/walk in ages. Still, it is time to get this calorie burn on.

Although I am struggling a little with counting calories, I need to start working out. I can feel my chest tighten again because I am sitting at my desk too much.

Alright, we are going to get this twenty/thirty minute workout in…and see how it goes, FOLK.
