In the Life Log - Day 259 in My Musings

Today was a good day. My sleep was somewhere in the lines of 6-ish hours again, which is far from optimal. I woke up earlier than usual because of the rain, which made me feel cold. Thankfully, I didn’t have any of the bad 3 so that’s still a good thing.

I hit legs earlier; since I trained at 6 a.m., the gym was empty, save for just another member. Pump and strength were decent - got to hit some good numbers and didn’t feel winded. Post-workout cardio went smoothly as well.

After my workout, I prepped (after eating my post-workout meal/breakfast (since I trained fasted)) to go to church and met up with a friend afterwards. Today is the first Sunday of Advent and the Gospel emphasized on “keeping your eyes on the ball” - a reminder not to be distracted and remain one’s focus on Jesus. The meetup with my friend was also a refreshing change of pace; the malls were super packed though.

Overall, I’m happy with the weekend. I just hope I don’t feel (very) sore tomorrow.
