Personal growth in I love life anyway

I've been having questions in mind. I'm trying to find answers to them. I think I've become more serious minded. So I'm trying to learn. I let the questions that arise in me guide me towards books. I've also started having goals. I listen to audios and anything that will answer for me. Recently I started observing my own thoughts so I have more empathy. I also try to observe others the same way. Feel hear see. I feel my life has begun anew.
