Fibromyalgia in Life of a cat mom

I have fibromyalgia. I am in tons of pain and can’t sleep. No taking an aspirin will not get rid of my pain. Even being touched hurts. Sleep? What’s that? I am awake playing online because my pain won’t let me rest. I am a bad friend because I rarely see anyone because I don’t want people to see my pain.
