Let's Get Critical, Critical in Current Events

I forget that my roommate has a Virgo moon. She would be matching my clean and organized energy if it wasn’t for her dumb cow’s disease. She is a Taurus. A lazy Taurus. I think she has an Aries rising. She hasn’t gotten around to getting her birth time for me yet. I suspect her rising is Aries because she will never live her life in a way that is not all about her. She is a 40-year-old teenager. Aries, in its negative, does not grow up or evolve. It is the baby of the zodiac, after all. With her Virgo moon, she thinks that nobody can live without her opinion. That we cannot live without her being critical and smug about everything. She thinks her 2 cents is her gift to the world. It doesn’t cross her mind for a second that nobody cares. There are 6 billion humans on this planet and not a single one has ever wondered what she thought about anything. Ever. Not once.

She decided that I needed to know that she thinks the organization I work for is stupid. She needed to shit all over it this morning. I now understand domestic violence. When she doesn’t understand something… that means it is stupid and not her. It’s her. It’s always her. She says the dumb thing because she thinks the dumb thing because she believes the dumb thing because she is the dumb thing. She makes all of us a little bit dumber for listening to her.

Not me with a Capricorn Sun, Taurus Rising, and a Moon in the 6th house in Virgo… I’m more critical than her but I keep it to myself… or on PB. I can qualify my opinions, she cannot. That’s the difference.

I had to clear my schedule today. My cold is not over yet. I am still going to get my haircut. I think it will be my last one for a long while. I’m on the fence about growing it out again. I have a brazilian other things that I can do today. For some reason, money keeps falling onto my lap over the last several months. I got 2K en route because I had a group RRSP at my last job that I didn’t know about. Wonderful! Because I can’t stop spending. Well, I got it under control at the moment. There are still a couple more things that I intend to get. I want a gaming computer chair, for starters. I’m going to put some stuff on layaway today. A new mattress and a new furniture set for my bedroom. My wardrobe has grown too big. I said I was a Taurus rising, right? I like nice things. I like to be around nice things. Sue me.
