If you want to be the best you have to do things others aren’t willing to do.

I remember the first time leadership was passed to me. I didn’t want the role lol but I dealt with it.

I was the lead painter… so I had to survey others work. Some did their job… others just stroked the brush in one spot for an hour to make it look like they were working lmao

So I had them do base boards after I taped it off . Foreman yelled at me cause lol I didn’t supervise the job to its completion. Things got out of hand lol was up the ladder cutting corners and somebody spilled paint …then somebody unplugged the computers 🤦 they all had to be reset manually .. so I offered to finish the rest all by myself 😪it’ was just a wall and a door lol but I gained some great experience about planning out a paint job
