Oh man, there is a cold front comin in full force out there.
And Im LOVING it!! I have all the windows open and its amazing.
The pup-dawg is beside me, chewing on her alien while the kit-kat is in the window, soaking up the fresh air.
The only thing that would make this night perfect would be Dana being here.
If you are friends with me on the book of face, you already know that he left this morning for work. Off to Indiana instead of Arkansas.

I always forget just how big he is until we take a photo together. Or maybe its how short I am? Haha.
So, we did a thing this morning. Dana has been wanting a truck for, well, as long as Ive known him. His little Aveo just cant keep up with his travels. When he puts his tool box in it at the end of each job, that poor car squats almost to the ground. To be fair, that box takes two grown men to lift and they struggle with it.
We finally found a truck that met his specific requirements.
We snatched it up Saturday. But thats nothing wild and crazy, no. The wild and crazy thing is the fact that when we went to the courthouse to tag it this morning, we put it in BOTH of our names.
We own a vehicle together.
Yeah, big step.
Yeah, a little (lot) scary.
Yeah, it made me happy.
I havent owned a vehicle with another person in a very, very long time. In fact, its been since my first marriage.
I guess I cant live scared my entire life. Right?

I cant believe tomorrow is October! I am going to attempt to do OctoPhoMo this year. I really miss doing these events. Plus maybe it will get me back into the swing of things. Ive been blogging for so many years, I think in blog.

Speaking of October and all things Halloween, I think this pretty much sums up this October Eve night.

Ha! Albie was trying to hide from River and his attempt turned into a great photo.
Alright, speaking of River, she is telling me she is ready for a potty walk.
