I Don't Know Where To Put Myself At The Moment! in BAH HUMBUG!

Last night I bloody well fell down the stairs, smashing the left side of my face on the right handlebar of my 4-wheeled seated Rollator!

I was in a crumpled heap on the floor in agony! Hubby managed to stand me up, I took 2 Paracetamol AND 2 Nurofen and washed them down with a large glass of Delany’s Irish Cream Liqueur. I know I shouldn’t have done that but this time I didn’t care, just needed pain relief!

Hubby made me a hot water bottle and I crashed to bed, shaking badly and freezing cold but I knew it was some sort of shock doing it.

Didn’t have much kip, was up and down in the night with pain and drinking gallons of cold water and my head is pounding where I hurt my neck but I’m at work again this morning! I can’t let a silly accident ruin my day!

I’m dead lucky to have got away with all-over-me bruises, swelling and pain, it could have been far worse! There’s no cracks or breakages and I didn’t need a medic, I’m just battered!
