Im currently dehydrating a big container of mushrooms and two huge onions in my oven. Im using convection bake. But MAN THOSE ONIONS were potent!
I chopped each tray into smallish pieces and am letting them totally dehydrate in the oven. Once im done ill put them in mason jars. Then I have the dry ingredients for my cream of everything soups. Onions, Garlic, Mushrooms!
I kinda want to look up how to make dried chicken bouyon.... Im going even more nutty.

We made a new moose fart cookie.

A mixed it.
3 cups oatmeal.
1 cup each marshmallows, chocolate chips, coconut flakes.
1/2 cup chopped ( finely) pecans.
1 can condensed milk
Dash of Chia/Hemp/Flax seeds for additional nutrients.
A hearty few dashes of cinnamon ( cuts the sweetness of the condensed milk)
Mix VERY well.

Alternate mix.
3 cups oatmeal.
1 cup each marshmallows, chocolate chips, coconut flakes.
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 scoop protein powder ( Vanilla or white chocolate is good)
1/2 cup chopped ( finely) pecans.
1 can condensed milk
Dash of Chia/Hemp/Flax seeds for additional nutrients.
A hearty few dashes of cinnamon ( cuts the sweetness of the condensed milk)
(Subjective to needs) a few dashes of local honey OR molasses for extra moisture seeing we added more dry ingredients, I didnt measure, Just poured, Mixed, poured,

Alternate to chocolate chips would be chocolate covered raisins or almonds.

Two ways to finish.
Roll into balls ( wear gloves, its a goopy mess) Roll through either cocoa powder. Protein powder or if you REALLY need more sweet, Powdered sugar. Place on parchment paper and chill.

OR

Line a baking dish with twice the amount of parchment paper you need. Leaving one side longer then the other. Pour mixture into pan and use your spoon to press into all corners. Fold the parchment paper over the mixture and press down firmly.

Allow to chill fully before cutting into squares.
