The 10 year old witch at daycare in Life of a cat mom

I need advice on how to work at a daycare.. we have a child who has been cussing me,hitting me,spitting at me. She actively terrifies the other students because due to her seeing a therapist she can do whatever she wants and act like a terrorist. Her mom works at the daycare and the boss basically lets her daughter terrorizes whoever she damn well pleases. I asked her what am I allowed to do when her daughter cussed me,throws rocks and have tantrums. The boss said if I value my job let her daughter destroy things and try to keep the other kids from her hurricane behavior. This child knows she rules the roost today she beat a student till she bled but according to her mom it’s ok because she has psychological issues. After this child struck me and threw books at me I had to tolerate her behavior in order to keep my job. God help me I have needed been a 10 year old child’s bitch before.any advice?
