Smores Granola in Tales from the kitchen witch

I went rogue today and made smores everything granola lmao.
3 cups graham cracker cereal
2 cups mini marshmallow
3 cup oats ( toasted cuz why not)
2 cups honey bunches of oats cereal
1 package crushed graham crackers.
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds
a few sprinkles of chia hemp and flax seeds. ( I honestly just shake the container....)
sauce
1 stick unsalted butter
1.5 cups dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1.5 cups honey.
On a lined (half sheet) baking sheet, toast your oats in the oven.
On the stove top melt all ingredients for the sauce. Heat on low to melt the butter and then fully mix in the sugar till there is no more “gritty”
Mix together all dry ingredients while your sauce is melting.
Pour sauce over the granola mixture and mix till well incorporated.
your chocolate will melt.
Press firmly into the hot toasted oats and put the pan back in the oven. Cook for roughly 30 minutes.
Pull the pan out and sprinkle a few more mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top ( because kids love that sugar!!)
put back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Pull out and press down firmly with a spatula to better connect your granola. Allow to cool fully before crumbling and putting it in a sealed jar.
