In the Life Log - Day 167 in My Musings

Today was a good day. I was able to get a good 8 hours (or almost) and didn’t have any panic attacks or waves of sadness. I did have another weird dream, but it was nothing alarming so I’m still happy about the fact.

With it being a Saturday, I decided to relax and chill for a change. I did continue studying hiragana, but just as a recap of what I’ve learnt this entire week. After which, I was pretty much lying down on the bed all day, watching kdrama, YouTube, etc. for the entire day. Around mid to late afternoon, however, I experienced yet another random headache - about 4 or 5 in the painscale, which subsequently went away a few hours after.

Just like that, it’s the end of the month. I’m praying that the new month is kinder in every way and that everything turns out better compared to August.
