Scooter wreck in Life of a cat mom

I tried an electric scooter for the first time at 37. I hit the breaks to hard threw myself over and handlebars hurt my hand scraped my knee and arm. I hit my head.. the wrist aches so bad I think I sprang it. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Keep the toys for kids.. :( I really need to buy a helmet..
