Weekend prep in Bittersweet

Today I didnt bake as much? Maybe I baked more in a way lol.

I finished up the last of the ingredients for pizza sticks. I made 6 more triple meat and was out of tortillas and sauce.

I made two big batches of granola. One of Tonys almond and Honey he likes and added in chia hemp and flax seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and a bit of molasses. Then the other batch is more “calorie dense”
it has Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, coconut, some PB powder, the seeds, molasses, the last bit of the brown sugar from the batch, Honey, vanilla cinnamon and chocolate chips. Its cooling down. Im going to try to cut it into bars. We will see!!

I made 12 cups of brown sugar and a quart of seasoned bread crumbs.

3 loaves of banana apple bread because T asked for it. I only had fairly greenish bananas. Perfect for eating. Google says to bake for 10 minutes at 300ish till the skins turn black. It worked haha.

T is making Jalapeno relish or salsa. Depends on who you ask lol.
Not a bad weekend mix!

Yesterday we drove the highest paved road in north America. Or so the brochure claims. At 14,200 feet I was starting to have issues with oxygen and dizziness. BUT i saw my first wild mountain goats :) So worth it!!
