In the Life Log - Day 161 in My Musings

Today was another good day. I did have another set of dreams - once more, about a possible return trip to Japan. I did not have any waves of sadness or panic attacks today once more so it’s also a good thing. If anything, I really conked out due to my sore legs from Friday’s workout.

My half-brother and his family paid us a visit around 11 am for lunch. They bought a lot of food, which was really nice of them. A lot of stories were shared and plenty of laughter ensued. When they left, I decided to do some studies since I’ve been lagging a bit in that area.

The rest of my afternoon and evening were very quiet, which I liked. Hopefully, the same thing goes tomorrow. Just like that, the weekend has come to a close, but it was a well-spent one.
