weekend baking in Bittersweet

My coworker asked me to make 5 loaves of zuke bread for her for a gift basket. I have 4/5 done haha. Would have had 5 done but.... Husband… So I need to bake a few more. I have enough for like 3 or 4 more loaves out. The rest of the shredded zuke got frozen. I have 4 more to shred too. None of mine grew but some nice lady gave me a bunch for free. Thankfully. Hers didnt get eaten by the grasshoppers.

I put up 30 lbs of apples into applesauce . Translates to a 48 oz container of applesauce ( i had emptied one haha) plus 1 gallon bag, plus 9 cups in two separate containers for baking.
I also put a container in the fridge with brown sugar, cinnamon and clove for some spiced for the kids to eat. Unfortunately at this point. Chase is eating for 3 and acting like he is dying. Not even joking. One night I calculated his calories. I got home at 430 and by 9 when i went to bed he was over 7 thousand calories. How does a 15 year old eat THAT much food. Its scary gross.

It was the first day of school.
Co started his senior year on track to graduate by Christmas.
Ch started sophmore year.
L is in 8th grade and
A is in 4th.

I just got their school supply lists. Oh this will be fun....
