OK, you KNOW you’re the, “mama of a thousand tiny fluff balls” (haha, kinda like “Mother Of Dragons”, all you GoT watchers!) when your favoritest purchase of the nite at Wally World is a METAL litter scooper!! But seriously… how awesome? And I knoooow I am at the very least, not the only one in Pcola who thinks so, since I got the LAST one! Is it bad that I am considering taking a pic of it? lmao! I just.. ya know, it’s one of those things… you know that litter scoopers can only be so strong, but you just didn’t think about the ultimate way to make them that way. I wonder if that person who did is filthy rich now. And what the hell is wrong with our evercatloving asses that WE didn’t think of that first?!? And before anyone says it - yes, I know that there are metal utensils out there that can act in place of a scooper. And you would think they would work. You would be wrong. Just trust me. lol Yea, just wanted to share that before I got engrossed in this entry. ;)
OK… so… bearings. Well, for one, it looks like I done went and stayed away so long that things have changed around this here diary site. So, there’s some bearings being lost and needing to be found now. I must say, however, that I am already a big fan of the new entry writing layout! Muuuch better! And my eyes, they thank thee. LOL. I always got a wee bit frustrated that the other area you wrote in was kinda tinier than it should have been. And other stuff that I don’t remember now. But, I am not one to complain. :) Imma gonna hafta see what else has changed, if any. Hopefully it’s not too too much. My pitiful wittle bwain can’t handle change very well! (Or maybe it’s me, since I always have been rather stuck in my ways!) Aaaannywhoo…
The other “bearings” that I am having problems with is my car. For, oh, about 2 or so years now, my CV boots/joints/axles and all that, ya know, have been acting up with a steady increase in seriousness. It started with the right side clicking and making noise and then eventually the left side joined in, although it still remains less affected of the two. Yes, it should have simply been fixed when it first started and it would have been over and done. But at that time, my wife and I were still living on a single income which was her disability payments and we had juuuust enough to get by on that alone every month, with some help from my Mom and foodstamps, etc. I was still trying to get and maintain a job, and had just begun to show undeniable symptoms of my MS, although we wouldn’t know for another year or so. So, it was put on hold. Well, now it has ballooned into those two problems combining to make a 3rd, even more critical problem. My stepdad (master mechanic, but he no longer does the manual labor to work on cars due to hip problems.) believes it is either a ball bearing or one or both axles now. I hate how car problems snowball if you don’t fix them right away. Take this as a lesson people! lol. The problem may not be bad enough to warrant immediate action now, but it is very easy to get into a pattern of putting it off until what would have cost $50 now could cost you $450!! Yea, that’s the estimate for both sides. Not to contradict myself, but we’re hoping that we can just get the right side done for now and do the left next month. The problem I have been having now is that sometimes when I am driving, I will start to hear a whirring, grinding noise coming from the front of the car, and I can feel it under my feet. When that happens, I usually let off the gas and coast until it subsides enough. It is NOT something that I can just deal with for any length of time. I guess our car said enough is enough! It ain’t playin around no more! lol Well, you’d probably never get me to admit to saying it, but it was probably a good thing it happened like this, since it forces us to deal with the problem. I’m just hoping we have enough money left over after to take care of some other things that need attention. Like the animals...................
So… I can’t remember if I did a cheat FB status entry about the babies having ringworm or not. I thiiink I did. But, if not… they do. LOL. The best part?!? I DO TOO. crosses arms, stomps foot, and glares in Laura’s general direction for NOT having it Yeah… so it pretty much sucks. I guess the good thing, if I HAD to find a silver lining, is that I definitely have empathy for them. This shit itches like you would not believe, (well, unless you’ve had them lol) and so far what I have put on the spots to try and treat them has burned like crazy! I dunno if that means it’s working or not! Admittedly, I have done zero research on this, which is actually kinda unlike me. lol. The one thing I did insist that Laura find AND show me proof of is that ringworm does NOT mean there is an actual worm present anywhere on my body!! lol After I was sure of that, I kinda lost interest. lol! But now I am getting more of these stupid spots on me so apparently what I AM doing (ringworm is a fungus so naturally I’ve been applying antifungal cream) isn’t working. My Mom actually looked into it tonite and found somewhere that said that the medicine usually taken for yeast infections, Diflucan, can be used to treat this. Fortunately, I guess, lol, I have a standing order of that at the pharmacy and I pay nothing for meds so yea. I will be getting that filled first thing Monday! It works out, too, because it was almost time for it anyway! ;)
So… I am now 33 years old. It happened on Sept. 29th, and I had a quiet and uneventful day full of sweets that I should not be eating since I am a raging diabetic now. Did I write about THAT yet? Jesus… I need to come here more often, I am wearing myself out, and I don’t even have to read this! (And if you are still reading now, kudos to you and sorry and thank you and umm I love you? LOL) Well, if I didn’t write about it, it’s gonna have to wait because I recently bent my pointer finger on my right hand the wrong way (haha) and all this typing has made it hurt! But, I shall be back, and I am gonna try to note some, and to start writing more regularly so I don’t have to write a book every time or cheat with FB statuses. lol kthanksbai! Ha, haven’t seen that in forever. ;)
