In the Life Log - Day 120 in My Musings

Today was slightly below average. While I got a full 8 hour sleep (and some), I had a weird dream that pertained to university life; the interesting thing? Some of my ex-colleagues and classmates were there as well. In addition, upon waking up, I had a massive anxiety/panic attack going on for no reason at all.

Since my calendar was free today once again, I decided to go to my next employer’s office building, as I had to open a bank account. That particular bank’s brand is not really known for efficiency, but thankfully, only a few people were around so my request was processed smoothly. After that transaction, I went home to have a quick meal since I also had a dentist appointment.

After my dentist appointment, I hit my usual chest + shoulder + tricep routine. As this is a deload week, I opted not to go all-out. The session went really well and had a nice pump going on. It also helped that the gym was not packed when I arrived, which allowed me to zip through the session.

By the time I got home, there was still no work waiting for me. I’d like to think this trend will continue until my last week at the firm. I’m not complaining, since the setup has been this way for the past 1 year anyhow.
