Patch day. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

These four things I KNOW ARE TRUE:

1: This weekend was -very- -very- boring and dry

2: I’m kind of grumpy.

3: Its a big patch day for final fantasy XIV so I’m not playing.

4: I am really bored.

so here we go..

I’m really still kind of grumpy. People just tick me off and annoy the bajeebus out of me, even some of my RL friends have gotten under my skin lately. First off, (And this is what got me ticked off the other day) On Facebook, there is a guy who is painting meeples in different styles to help fund a trip to Gencon (Meeples are a board game term which stand for my people, basically just little wooden people) but anyways he did some avengers ones which look like this:

Anyways, my one friend said it was an insult to the avengers. I was not happy. I don’t reply to stupidity like that. I try to keep my Facebook drama free and positive. I rarely engage in debates or anything I consider negative.. is that a bit too optimistic? Whatever. I wasn’t happy. And after that I just shut off the computer and played final fantasy XIV (with a small stop to help my mom out) which I did.. basically all weekend. I went to cranberry to look for something (A prepaid card for FFXIV.. no luck) Thats all though.

Some other people annoyed me too, one person just left a strange cryptic note on my Facebook, I said on Thursday after doing a crap ton of crafting on said MMO. I said something along the lines of “I just did a done of crafting, still better than dealing with society” and all the person said was “noted” i’m still WTFing what that means.

I also read some more unpleasant stuff on Facebook which really soured my day as well. I don’t want to talk about it because it just doesn’t make me feel comfortable. Blah.

So today is a ZOMG huge final fantasy XIV patch. The maintenance is lasting for 25 hours. Its 430pm now. There is still 11 and a half hours left. Wheee. So i’m really bored. I’m gonna probably solo a board game tonight.

In other great news. I thought my November gaming convention was gonna get cut to 2 days or worse cancelled because the hotel it was at basically screwed them over hard. and by hard i mean they lost their contract and misquoted them on renovation time.. but this new place looks cool.

I also Took some old chairs out to be thrown out, I was so sure the garbage peoples wouldn’t take them.. but they did which is good i’ve already done the rearranging of where they used to be, its more open and its more flowing for kitties. Speaking of kitties more kitty pictures:

Macaroni is SO timid when i’m by myself its so hard to get a good picture of him. Hence why I have more Boots Pictures than Macaroni, but I got a good picture here of this adorable little troublemaker cat.

Boots really wanted to get into the bathroom (Last thursday I poured drain cleaner in the sink and I didn’t want them to lick the sink for obvious reasons, so I kept the door closed, I think its okay now)
