The American Revolution? The forced displacement and massacre of indigenous populations? Fucking slavery? The civil war that lasted four years and started over the question of whether white people should be allowed to own Black people?! The Rough Riders? Wounded Knee? Company towns and the protests that brought them down? The Japanese-American internment? The forced annexation of Hawaii? The Civil Rights Movement? Any of these ringing a bell, you posers?!

Political violence is the most American thing that ever America’d! This country was literally founded on and by political violence!

And a message to my fellow leftists: We are now at the point of “do or die.” Y’all better be doin’ and makin’ plans, and y’all had better put the Marx and Gramsci down, because them fuckers won’t teach you how to fire a gun.
